Questions businesses ask

Is my business already on Mallu?

Probably. Mallu lists 915 businesses found in public sources such as association sponsor pages, community directories, search results and maps. Search your business name on the claim page to find yours.

Do I pay for each lead?

No. Enquiries from your page are yours at no extra cost. Mallu will never charge per lead.

Can paying get me the Verified badge?

No. A plan can never buy a Verified badge or a higher confidence score. The score comes only from the public sources we check, plus anything you add that we can verify. See how Mallu makes money.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in. When paid plans exist you will be able to cancel or pause at any time.

What if I need fewer or more areas than my plan?

You will be able to change plan at any time. Plans are priced by the number of areas you want to be shown in.

Is paying yearly cheaper?

In this mockup, yearly shows two months free. Real prices have not been set.

How do reviews work?

Mallu does not show reviews today. If we add them, they will come from real customers, they cannot be bought, and critical ones will be shown too.

Does Mallu recommend me to people?

No. Mallu is a directory, not an adviser. Get matched shows people up to three businesses near them, best fit first. That is a list, not an endorsement.
